Bio
Paul Mitchell is a Pianist, Orchestrator, and Cinematic Composer who has been writing and performing for 15 years. He specializes in Dramatic and Orchestral music in many different styles, including Fantasy/Sci-fi, Comedy/Animation, Romantic Comedy, Mystery/Suspense, Horror/Slasher, and Action/Adventure. Paul's works have won numerous awards, such as 3rd place in the HBCU Piano Composers Competition, and he's done underscore/sound design for the Cine Emerging Composer Competition and the Zurich Film Festival/International Film Music Competition.
In 2009, Paul Mitchell composed the Original Score and Dramatic Underscore to "Timeless: A Soulful Christmas Musical," and he has a 2012 Album Credit on the Bowie State University Gospel Choir Album "I Need Thee Oh, I Need Thee." He has recently completed a Masters of Fine Arts in Music Production at the Academy of Art University.
